Handihope Divyangjan Welfare Associationis a non-profit and non-governmental organization working for the all-round development and welfare of the disabled to provide rehabilitative services to the disabled to make them socially and financially self-reliant. Handihope Divyangjan Welfare Association was established on Aug, 23 2023. It was a joint effort among specially challenged persons of all over India, it functions Nationally and Internationally when and where any necessity arises for the cause of the disabled and Needy person. Association was set up for the welfare of the Needy persons and Needy child, senior citizen, it felt a great need to undertake educational and rehabilitation programmes for the welfare of other categories of the disabled including Orthopedic, Visual Impaired, Hearing Impaired, Mentally Retarded, Orthopaedically Handicapped as well as Multi - Handicapped and Cerebral Palsy-Stricken people.

So they can participate in, and be recognised by, their families and communities - realising their own unique abilities in life!

हैंडीहोप दिव्यांगजन कल्याण एसोसिएशन एक गैर-लाभकारी और गैर-सरकारी संगठन है जो दिव्यांगों के सर्वांगीण विकास और कल्याण के लिए काम कर रहा है, ताकि दिव्यांगों को सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए पुनर्वास सेवाएं प्रदान की जा सके। हैंडीहोप दिव्यांगजन कल्याण एसोसिएशन की स्थापना 23 अगस्त, 2023 को हुई थी। यह पूरे भारत के विशेष रूप से दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के बीच एक संयुक्त प्रयास था, यह दिव्यांगों और जरूरतमंद व्यक्तियों के लिए जब और जहां कोई आवश्यकता उत्पन्न होती है, तब राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कार्य करता है। एसोसिएशन की स्थापना जरूरतमंद व्यक्तियों और जरूरतमंद बच्चों, वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के कल्याण के लिए की गई थी, इसे हड्डी रोग, दृष्टिबाधित, श्रवणबाधित, मानसिक रूप से मंदबुद्धि सहित दिव्यांगों की अन्य श्रेणियों के कल्याण के लिए शैक्षिक और पुनर्वास कार्यक्रम चलाने की बहुत आवश्यकता महसूस हुई। अस्थि-दिव्यांगों के साथ-साथ बहु-दिव्यांगों और सेरेब्रल पाल्सी से पीड़ित लोग।

ताकि वे अपने परिवारों और समुदायों में भाग ले सकें और उन्हें पहचान सकें - जीवन में अपनी अनूठी क्षमताओं को महसूस कर सकें!

The vision of Handihope Divyangjan Welfare Association is that people with disabilities and needy persons have equal opportunities leading to improved quality of life and fully participate in a society that respects their rights and dignity.

हैंडीहोप दिव्यांगजन कल्याण एसोसिएशन का दृष्टिकोण यह है कि दिव्यांग लोगों और जरूरतमंद व्यक्तियों को समान अवसर मिले जिससे जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हो और वे ऐसे समाज में पूरी तरह से भाग लें जो उनके अधिकारों और सम्मान का सम्मान करता हो।

To provide Education, Training, Rehabilitative services and make socially and financially self-reliant to the persons with disabilities in the remotest area of all over India.

पूरे भारत के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र में दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों को शिक्षा, प्रशिक्षण, पुनर्वास सेवाएँ प्रदान करना और सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाना।

• To protect the rights of the disabled and help those to get benefit there by.
• To establish a relief and residential institution and provide need-based services of education, activities of daily living skills, orientation and mobility, health care, home economics, vocational training, rehabilitation etc.
• To look after the welfare of persons with disabilities.
• To promote their equal participation socio-economic and general integration in the society.
• To enable and empower such persons to live their life independently and stay within the fold of the family.
• To help such persons cope with their problems of daily living skills and relieve family members of the burden of constantly looking after them.
• To realize socio-economic rehabilitation of the persons with disabilities.
• To provide services for their specific needs of such persons in all forms including shelter, cloths, aids and appliances, medicines and other material.
• To prepare the community for the long-term acceptance of disabled persons and self- propagation of his mission/goal.
• To enable and empower persons with disability to live as independently and as fully as possible within and as close to their community as possible;
• To facilitate the realisation of equal opportunities, protection of rights and full participation of persons with disability;
• To evolve procedures for appointments of guardians and trustees for persons with disabilities.
• To help in Identifying the quality and/or skills of the persons with disability and exploring the various options available in society and government to provide such persons for using the same for their livelihood.
• To give training to disabled people in making products and to promote the products made by them, to give them a new identity in the market.
• For that, exhibitions and opening of product outlets in various fairs organized in the country to create public awareness.

• दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों को यथासंभव स्वतंत्र रूप से और यथासंभव अपने समुदाय के भीतर और उसके करीब रहने के लिए सक्षम और सशक्त बनाना;
• समान अवसरों की प्राप्ति, अधिकारों की सुरक्षा और दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों की पूर्ण भागीदारी को सुविधाजनक बनाना;
• दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के लिए अभिभावकों और ट्रस्टियों की नियुक्ति के लिए प्रक्रियाएँ विकसित करना।
• दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों की गुणवत्ता और/या कौशल की पहचान करने में मदद करना और ऐसे व्यक्तियों को उनकी आजीविका के लिए उपयोग करने के लिए समाज और सरकार में उपलब्ध विभिन्न विकल्पों की खोज करना।
• दिव्यांगों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करना और उनसे लाभ प्राप्त करने में सहायता करना।
• एक राहत और आवासीय संस्थान स्थापित करना और शिक्षा, दैनिक जीवन कौशल की गतिविधियाँ, अभिविन्यास और गतिशीलता, स्वास्थ्य देखभाल, गृह अर्थशास्त्र, व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण, पुनर्वास आदि की आवश्यकता-आधारित सेवाएं प्रदान करना।
• दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के कल्याण की देखभाल करना।
• समाज में उनकी समान भागीदारी सामाजिक-आर्थिक और सामान्य एकीकरण को बढ़ावा देना।
• ऐसे व्यक्तियों को अपना जीवन स्वतंत्र रूप से जीने और परिवार के दायरे में रहने के लिए सक्षम और सशक्त बनाना।
• ऐसे व्यक्तियों को दैनिक जीवन कौशल की समस्याओं से निपटने में मदद करना और परिवार के सदस्यों को लगातार उनकी देखभाल के बोझ से राहत देना।
• दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के सामाजिक-आर्थिक पुनर्वास को साकार करना।
• ऐसे व्यक्तियों की विशिष्ट आवश्यकताओं के लिए आश्रय, कपड़े, सहायता और उपकरण, दवाएं और अन्य सामग्री सहित सभी रूपों में सेवाएं प्रदान करना।
• समुदाय को दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों की दीर्घकालिक स्वीकृति और उनके मिशन/लक्ष्य के स्व-प्रचार के लिए तैयार करना।
• दिव्यांगजनों को उत्पाद बनाने की ट्रेनिंग देना व उनके बनाये उत्पादों को प्रमोट करना, मार्केट मेँ नई पहचान दिलाना।
• उस हेतु देश मेँ आयोजित बिभिन्न मेलो मेँ प्रदर्शनी व प्रोडक्ट आउटलेट खोलना जिससे जन जाग्रति हो सके।
